Warranty Registration Options
Online Warranty Registration
- Click on the "New Warranty" link on the menu and complete the online form. You do not need an account or login details.
- In addition to contact information you will be required to list all the equipment protected by this Clearline product. We need a make, model and serial number, as well as the approximate age of the equipment. Please have this information ready to input.
- You will be sent an email confirming your submission, and a second email after approval by the Clearline team (confirming all fields are completed sufficiently)
- The Warranty ID number can be used to make a claim. To complete your claim, you will need to photograph the Clearline unit, as well as the damaged equipment. We may require you to courier us the unit (fully refundable) so that we can identify cause of failure, to improve our product in the future.
Paper-based Warranty - PDF and fax
Please download the paper form, complete it and Fax To Clearline Protection Systems (011) 314 3880. A printed copy of this form is provided with every Clearline product.
Bulk Online Warranty Registration
For resellers and distributors, we offer an online product registration process. You may submit multiple warranties with a single username and password. While logged in you will be able to view the status of all warranties submitted on behalf of your customers and clients.
