Claims Process
Please contact warranty@clearline.co.za (or use the Contact form on this website) to notify us of a pending claim, and we will email a PDF claim form.
To be able to finalise the Online Claim, you will require:
- A pre-registered Warranty for the damaged product
- One or more quotations for repair or replacement of the equipment listed in your Warranty Application form
- A photograph showing the unit and damaged equipment
After the claim has been approved you will need to deliver the damaged lightning protection unit and damaged equipment to Clearline at their Midrand Offices.
